From I-70. Take Rt 29, south to the second exit, Rt 40 East, go to the second traffic light, turn right on Rogers Ave. Go to Courthouse Drive (begins automatically at the bend in the road); Go past the Howard Co. Office Complex and turn right on Ellicott Mills Drive. Turn left at the first driveway into Courthouse Square Office Complex. The Extension office is in the lower level of the courtyard on the far side.
